Exactly as expected.

Sushi rolls fell apart.
Ordered a yakisoba and it did look or taste good.
Chicken teriyaki in the bento box order was quite over done.

Very disappointed. My daughter telephoned in a large order for the 5 of us and was told it would take 40 minutes. When she went to pick it up they said they had lost the order. Lost. The. Order. No apologies. No offer of a discount or any recompense whatsoever. 5 times they asked her if she had called them!! She knew the voice of the employee from previous visits. They said it would take another 45 minutes to get our food. My daughter left and they lost a $100 sale. I'm so disappointed, I kinda liked this place but they aren't getting our business ever again.
